Pricing
|
As we would like as many people as possible to sow wild seeds, we do not have a minimum order
value. Seed may be ordered in any quantity over 1 gram for species, or over 100g for
mixtures. Quantities up to 10g are priced at the gram rate, up to 100g at the 10g rate, up to one
kilo at the 100g rate and so forth. |
Post and Packing
|
Seed is sold net weight with no extra charge for handling, packing and delivery by
post within the UK. |
FRA/VAT
|
We are registered with the VAT authorities as Flat Rate Farmers. This means that we charge VAT
registered business customers a FLAT RATE ADDITION (FRA) of 4% on all our supplies. This can be
reclaimed in the usual way.
Non VAT registered customers do not need to add VAT or FRA.
|
Payment
|
Please send cheque or card payment details with your order. Cheques should be made payable to
'Emorsgate Seeds'. Account customers will be invoiced, with payment due within 30 days.
Overdue payments will be charged at 2% per month. |
Availability
|
Generally we are able to supply the seeds as detailed in our product lists tall year round.
However, from time to time we may sell out of a certain species or experience a crop failure. For
this reason all our seeds and mixtures are offered subject to availability. Our mixtures are
blended to the proportions published in our current brochure and website unless otherwise stated:
customers will always be informed of any significant changes or omissions we have to make. Our
order form includes a provision for you to indicate whether you would like us to choose suitable
alternatives should any item be unavailable. |
Viability
|
We guarantee that our seeds are of high viability and purity, true to type and of the correct weight
when delivered. Seed found not to meet these standards may be returned in full and undamaged,
within 30 days, for a replacement or refund.
The performance of our seeds and mixtures will be influenced by the storage conditions after delivery
and by the weather, soil and site conditions at the time of sowing.
